Do you accept small trial orders?
Yes. For existing models with custom branding, MOQ starts from 50 pcs. For fully custom designs with new tooling, MOQ is typically 300-500 pcs depending on complexity. We recommend starting with a small batch to test the market before scaling up.
What do I need to provide for a custom order?
At minimum: product type, approximate dimensions, target material or steel grade, desired quantity, and any reference images. If you have technical drawings (CAD), physical samples, or brand guidelines, those help us quote faster and more accurately.
Can you sign an NDA before I share my designs?
Absolutely. We routinely sign NDAs with our brand partners. Just send us your NDA template, or we can provide ours. Your designs, packaging, and business information are kept confidential.
How long does sampling take?
Standard samples take 7-15 business days depending on complexity and material availability. Samples with custom tooling or packaging may take 2-3 weeks. We ship samples via DHL/FedEx (5-7 days door to door).
Do you provide compliance certificates?
Yes. We provide FDA registration, CPSIA/ASTM test reports, CE compliance, and Prop 65 documentation as needed for US and EU markets. We work with SGS, Intertek, and Bureau Veritas for independent third-party testing when required.
Can you do custom packaging?
Yes. We offer blister cards, gift boxes, magnetic closure cases, travel pouches, and fully custom retail packaging. You can provide your own design files, or our team can create options based on your brand guidelines.
What if there is a quality issue after delivery?
We stand behind every shipment. If a quality issue traces back to our manufacturing, we offer replacement, credit, or refund depending on severity. Every order is documented with pre-shipment inspection reports so issues can be resolved quickly.
Do you ship DDP to the US?
Yes. We can arrange DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping to your US warehouse, including customs clearance and duty payment. This gives you a predictable landed cost. Ask for a DDP quote when you send your inquiry.
