Frequently Asked Questions
Do you quote prices without a specific order?
No. A price without a quantity and a specification is a guess, and a guess costs both sides time. Send the product line, the quantity you are considering and the market you sell into, and you get a real number against your specification.
Are the lead times calendar days or working days?
Working days, counted from the moment order confirmation and deposit are both in hand. Chinese public holidays are not counted, and the Spring Festival period shifts by roughly three weeks each year, so confirm the exact window before you commit to a retail launch date.
Who handles customs clearance and import duties?
You do, as the importer of record. We supply the export documents, product specifications, material declarations and test reports you need. Clearance, duties and any market-specific import licensing are the buyer’s responsibility.
Can you produce below the stated MOQ?
Not on standard lines. Below MOQ the per-unit cost rises for reasons that have nothing to do with margin, and we would rather decline than quote a number you cannot build a retail price on. Mixed-model trial orders are a separate conversation once we know your channel.
Do you have a US warehouse?
No. Everything ships FOB from a Chinese port on a make-to-order basis. If you need landed stock in the US, that is a decision on your side of the transaction and we will quote against it.
