What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

What is the sample lead time?
Custom samples: 7-15 business days. For existing models, we can often ship samples within 3-5 days. Sample fees are refundable against your first bulk order.
What is the mass production lead time?
- Outdoor Knives: 30-45 days after order confirmation
- Nail Care Tools: 25-35 days after order confirmation
- Pet Nail Clippers: 25-35 days after order confirmation

What payment terms do you accept?
